Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been damaged, defective, or the wrong item upon delivery. You must provide your order number and the email address or phone number associated with the order. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable Items

TRGT does not require return of the physical product, but proof of damage, defectiveness, and wrong item received must be shown. Extreme cases of profound product dislike will be evaluated for return on a case by case basis.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable when a custom receives the wrong item in their order. The correct item will be shipped at TRGT’s expense. The wrong item does not require return.

Refunds

We will notify you once the refund is approved or not via email. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at trgt@chagrinovations
